WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE:
◊ No minimum amount on orders.
◊ All stock is provided on a Pro-forma basis that is payment upon ordering for stock.
◊ A tax invoice will be included with the order, when dispatched.
◊ We do not offer accounts. This eliminates any confusion and keeps costs down.
◊ Payment can be made via credit card, direct deposit, internet transfer, Paypal and *cheque. * Bank clearance times apply before goods are dispatched.
◊ Orders are commenced when payment is received. We do not commence production until full payment is received. Approximately 5-7 day for completing of order with additional time for delivery.
◊ If a product is out of stock, you will be contacted and given the option of placing a back order or choosing a different product. Back orders do not incur additional delivery charges.
◊ 5 % of the order amount is charged for freight. We use Australia Post service. You can opt to supply your own courier if preferred and will need to make the necessary arrangements.
◊ Damaged or faulty goods are to be reported with 48 hours of receiving for a replacement or credit.
